1 Daycare Visit

Complete at least one successful daycare visit before the first overnight stay.

Up-to-Date Vaccines

Current Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella vaccinations are required.

What vaccinations are required?

Before your dog's first visit, please provide proof of current:

  • Rabies

Is Alamo Dog Co. kennel-free?

Yes! We provide a home-style, kennel-free experience whenever possible, with safety and comfort as our priority.

How do I book daycare or boarding?

Getting started is easy! Simply complete our New Client Registration by providing your name, email address, and phone number. Once we receive your information, we'll send you an activation link to create your customer profile, add your pup's details, upload vaccination records, and request daycare or boarding reservations.

Do you require a Meet & Greet?

Yes! Every new pup completes a Meet & Greet to ensure they're comfortable in our environment and are a good fit for our daycare and boarding services.

What should I bring for boarding?

Please bring your dog's food, medications (if needed), feeding instructions, and an optional favorite blanket or toy to help them feel at home.

Will my dog play with other dogs?

Yes! Dogs are grouped based on size, temperament, and play style. Every play session is supervised to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

Do you provide updates during my dog's stay?

Absolutely! We love sending photos and updates so you can see how much fun your pup is having while you're away.

Can you administer medication?

Yes. We can administer most oral medications according to your instructions. Please let us know about any medical needs before your dog's stay.

What are your business hours?

Our standard hours are Monday–Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Early drop-offs and late pick-ups may be available by appointment.

What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for daycare cancellations and 48 hours' notice for boarding reservations. Holiday reservations may have different cancellation requirements.

Can I check in on my dog during their stay?

Yes! We're working on offering secure live camera access through our Customer Portal so you can check in on your pup while they're with us.
